We started as coffee obsessives — and we're still chasing the perfect brew.
After twenty years perfecting our craft at top brands, we decided to do it our way: coffee roasted to order in small batches, held to our standards. Every bean is selected, roasted, and tested to exacting standards. At Embrace the Jolt Coffee, we don't do compromise. We do precision. We do craft. We do coffee that respects your palate and your time.

Why a Space Crew?
Somewhere along the way, we realized great coffee deserves a better story than a tasting note. So we gave it one.
The crew is a rag-tag bunch stationed on a mining outpost in an asteroid belt, and their whole mission is the hunt for the galaxy's best coffee. The 1970s-vintage comic panels you see on our ads and packaging are their logbook — every roast is an expedition, every bag is cargo they hauled back for you.
It started as the way we talk about coffee. Then it became the way we make decisions about coffee: if a roast isn't worth an expedition, it doesn't make the manifest.
