Mission brief – your questions, answered

When is my coffee roasted?

After your order. Every bag is roasted to order in small batches – your coffee leaves days after roasting, not months after sitting on a shelf.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship in 2-5 business days (that's the roast window), then 3-7 business days in transit. Fresh takes a little runway; the cup is worth it.

What if it's not for me?

Your first bag is guaranteed: love your first bag or we'll refund it. Just tell us within 14 days of delivery.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean holds its flavor longest and works with any brewer. Pick Ground if there's no grinder at your crew quarters or station – it's ready to brew as it lands.

How do I keep it fresh?

Sealed, cool, and dark – a cupboard beats the fridge. Whole bean is at its best in the weeks after roasting; ground is happiest sooner.
