First Bag Guarantee

We want you to love your coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with your very first bag of coffee, we will refund the first bag item in your order. To qualify, you must request this refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. This guarantee is the sole exception to our non-refundable coffee policy.

Freshly Roasted, Every Time

  • Roasted on Demand: No pre-roasting, no sitting on warehouse shelves. Your coffee is roasted in small batches right when you place your order online.

  • Specialty-Grade Beans: Built on specialty-grade green coffee from around the world, for a clean, premium taste.

  • Locked-In Freshness: Right after roasting, the beans are sealed to lock in maximum flavor and aroma.

Ships Fresh to You

Once your coffee is ordered, it is roasted, cooled, and sealed. It ships in 2-5 business days, then takes 3-7 business days in transit.

How Our Coffee Roast Series Differ

We have distinct series of coffee roast ranging from light roast, medium roast, to dark roast with varying flavor profiles, acidity, and caffeine characteristics.

  • Light Roasts – Single Origins (The Foundation Series): Featuring Baseline, Surge, Deep Core, Signal, and Peak Orbit –  light roasts have high acidity, 1.2% to 1.4% caffeine, and bright, citrus, floral, and fruity flavor notes.

  • Medium Roasts (The Momentum Series): Encompassing Flow State, The Catalyst, and The Constant, this series features medium acidity, approximately 1.2% caffeine, and smooth, balanced chocolate and nut notes. We offer a decaffeinated medium roast alternative – Glide Path Decaf; same flavor profiles as our caffeinated roasted just without the caffeine.

  • Dark Roasts (The Overtime Series): Including Deep Focus, Overdrive, and Midnight Burn, these dark roasts have low acidity, 1.1% to 1.3% caffeine, and bold, earthy, smoky, and bitter flavor profiles.
